Battle between powers (Players vs. Owners)

There was already a seven day extension until tomorrow(3/11/11) at 5 p.m. EST. Tomorrow could be dooms day for NFL enthusiasts.
Who loses more if the players and owners decide to have a lockout this football season?

Players, Owners, or the Fans?

  1. Hey Thomas, I think the fans would be most affected by the lockout. I think fans would be very disappointed and somewhat resentful. Surely the owners and players can come to some sort of agreement. After all....30 million versus 50 million (figures from my husband)...REALLY!!! This is crazy-after all....we are in a recession!

  2. The fans will definitely lose the most! After the lockout players and owners will go back to making their millions so there is little effect on them.

By the way, very nice blog!

  3. I think all the businesses that depend on the NFL- hotels, vendors, advertisers, stadium employees, are going to lose the most! The game is such a huge part of the economy that it will actually impact the job rate!
